Thank you for choosing Blossom & Vine Floral Co. Our dedicated team goes over and above to ensure that your flowers arrive in the best possible condition to your recipient's doorstep. Every order that leaves our shop has been artfully designed and carefully looked over to ensure we're as excited to send it out as the recipient will be to receive it. We partner with Locvl Delivery: a trusted courier service specializing in perishable goods deliveries, to facilitate all of our deliveries. Please carefully read our delivery policy below to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.
1. Surprise Deliveries
- Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate surprise deliveries. Because flowers are perishable, someone in the recipients household must be aware of the delivery to avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts and to ensure that the flowers are received in the best possible condition.
2. Pre-Delivery Call

Confirmation Call: A pre-delivery confirmation call will be made to the recipient’s phone number the night before the scheduled delivery date to verify the address and to confirm that someone will be available to receive the flowers. A text with tracking information for our courier service will be sent the morning of the delivery to give the recipient a clearer time window as to when they can expect their delivery.

Information Accuracy: Please ensure that the phone number and delivery/shipping address provided during checkout are those of the recipient and not the sender. This allows us to avoid possible delivery delays as we can facilitate the pre-delivery confirmation call and ensure that the flowers are delivered to the correct recipient.

Privacy: We value your privacy and assure you that contact details are only used for delivery-related communication and are not shared with third parties.
3. Delivery Windows

Scheduling: We offer 3 delivery windows for the recipient to choose from. Due to circumstances beyond our means, we cannot guarantee delivery will occur within the chosen window but our couriers try their best to work within those desired times. If alternate arrangements need to be made, please call the shop and we can communicate with the courier.

Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available during the agreed delivery window, their order will be available for pick-up at our shop (156 E 11th Ave, Vancouver) for 48 hours following the attempted delivery. A re-delivery can be scheduled and will incur additional charges.
4. Address Verification
- Ensure that the delivery address and local phone number provided are accurate and complete to avoid unnecessary delays and additional re-delivery charges.
5. Re-Delivery

Re-Delivery Charges: In instances where a re-delivery is required due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address details provided, an additional delivery fee will be applicable.

Re-Delivery Scheduling: Our team will get in touch with the sender to arrange a new delivery time, ensuring that the recipient will be available to accept the flowers.
6. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value.

Changes: Any changes to the delivery address or recipient phone number should be communicated to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Any last-minute changes might not be accommodated and may result in delivery delays.
7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- In cases of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from making a delivery, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date. Delivery fees will not be reimbursed in cases of unsafe road conditions or adverse weather.
