Returns & Exchanges: Florals & Plants

Please note due to seasonality and factors out of our control, arrangements ordered online may not look exactly as pictured. Blossom & Vine reserves the right to substitute like blooms and vessels if shortages arise.

Floral design is an art and every arrangement we custom create will be different from the last.  We do everything we can to ensure every arrangement is made to delight but occasionally, despite our best efforts, a flower may wilt prematurely or show bruising.  If you are not happy with your order, please call 604-428-2004 or email us at orders@blossomandvinefloralco.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on perishable items such as bouquets, arrangements or plants.  

Returns & Exchanges: Retail & Gift

Returns are accepted on unused or defective, non-perishable purchases within 14 days with original receipt and in original packaging, with the exception of earrings which are a final sale.
