Frequently Asked Questions: Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is one of our favourite days of the year!  We look forward to creating beautiful arrangements and bouquets to show your loved ones how you feel and are pleased to do so year after year.  We have curated a beautiful collection of designs for this year, available here.  Please order by February 10th to ensure availability.

The item I want isn't available for delivery/pick up on the day I want it.

Because of the increased volume, we have limited our available designs to the core Valentine's Day Collection to allow our designers to give the same high level of care and attention to every order we create for our customers.  If you would like to place a custom order, please call the shop to inquire.

Why do you call the night before the delivery?

In order to make sure your flowers arrive looking their best and to the right location, we need to call ahead to confirm the delivery location and give the recipient a heads up to expect their delivery.  The last thing we want is for an accidental typo of an address or an unexpected work from home day to stop your delivery from arriving at all.

Why can't you guarantee delivery at a specific time on Valentine's Day?

We do our very best to make sure all of our deliveries arrive between the hours of 9AM - 6PM but someone is always going to be the last delivery of the day.  We partner with a third party flower delivery service that routes their own drivers so we can put our focus on what we do best: making your flower orders look beautiful!  If you need your order delivered by a specific time, please call the shop and we can give you some alternatives that have worked for other customers in the past.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely!  You are welcome to select pick up during checkout. Our system will prompt you to pick a time for pick up but please note this is just a guide for us to have your order ready by, not a deadline for you to pick up.  You don't have to rush or call the shop if you are not going to make it in your time slot. Your order will still be here for you when you arrive.

Do I have to pre-order?

While you do not have to pre-order, we strongly suggest doing so. We usually sell out on Valentine's Day and often have limited capacity to put custom designs together on the spot during that time.  If you have something specific in mind or want to secure a specific design we have in our collection, we recommend ordering by February 10th at the latest.

Can I add chocolates or a card to my order?

You bet!  We've partnered with Crimp & Crumb to offer locally made, handcrafted chocolates this year and have a variety of cards available to add on to your order.  Check out our add-on collection here.
